Spiral Retreat
July 30- Aug 1, 2010 Albany NY – scroll down for details
April 15-17, 2011 Bumble Bee AZ – scroll down for details
In this 3 day immersion we interweave hands on physical practice with deep journey work for animals and each other.
- Use Spiral portals to find the underlying dimensions of trauma and truth.
- Work hands on using Spirals as vortexes to cleans and impart concentrated power.
- Honor the ancient Spirits and bring healing to ourselves, our animals, our communities and the land in the Spiral Labyrinth Ceremony
- Create empowered portals and shamanic tools – supported by the amazing Sue DaLemater
- Get healing for your “stuff”: physical, emotional, ancient and new.
- Experience the power of creation in your body and soul.
- Integrate your knowledge into your healing work – shamanic, energetic, or therapeutic.
The spiral holds many secrets: sacred geometry, the spirit’s womb, vortexes, organic growth, even (and especially) the big bang and the shape of the unfolding universe. It is an ancient symbol found in indigenous art everywhere, and attributed to everything from the sun to DNA to creation herself. Working with the spiral, your compassionate spirits can heal your deepest issues, and remake you in your divine perfection. And you can use the spiral’s power to heal others too.
The 3 day workshop is a mix of journey, ceremony, and discovery. Your troubles will be unwound, and you will be reconnected to the source of your truth and power. It is a gentle loving process that the spirits will create exactly for you, matching your needs and reaching your heart. You will also learn techniques to employ the spiral’s medicine with your friends and clients.
The workshop combines ceremony, theory, journey work, and hands on healing. We will weave between the physical and spiritual worlds, reaching into places that are extraordinary and magical. It is an immersion. We meet 3 days and two evenings. Sacred space will be maintained throughout, but there will be lots of opportunity for integration and fun. The workshops are limited in size so that we can have intimate connections and so that I can give you individual attention. These events will be delicious treats for the heart, mind and soul.
The Spirits created these ceremonies and they shine upon us for doing them. It is an incredible honor and joy to be part of the rebirthing of this sacred work. Come heal yourself. Bring healing to your clients, friends and family. Send immense healing power to the ecosystems you love. Come share your joy
Please see the detailed pages of the Spirit Spiral Workshops to get a complete understanding of the depths and dimensions of this work. It is completely amazing. It was shown to me by spirits first as a way of bringing healing to the children of Phoenix. The spirits of the valley, the guardians who have been watching over this land for generations, are called to action in the ceremony. They reach down to support our young people, helping the kids avoid gangs, drugs and the like. It is no surprise that they led me to host this workshop at Bumble Bee Ranch, because the proceeds from the ranch support youth targeted charities, like the Lions.
A testimonial from Mike – a participant in the circle you see to the left:
Thanks for the great weekend. Couple of quick things:
I had asked for healing for my <special needs> daughter during the spiral work. Didn’t tell anyone….even my wife. My daughter had a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday and the doctor took her off some of her medications. He said it appears she no longer needs them and she may be maturing and changing. My wife said that she was surprised because the doctor has never said anything like that before….Continuing to believe in miracles.
I believe I have a residual from Sat night…I now have periods of spontaneous chanting followed by what I can best explain as a Spirit vision…Right now it doesn’t seem to matter where or when…Luckily I haven’t broken out in chanting during a business meeting at work but who knows. Don’t have the sense that I can’t come back or regain immediate control but it’s been an interesting development. Maybe I got my wish of integration?
One of the things I needed to work on this weekend was learning to listen and be a participant… I need to relate the message I received in the spiral:
It was everything and it was nothing
The world was veiled and the world was unveiled
It was power and strength and it was weakness and fear
It was lightness and it was darkness
It was faced and it was faceless
It was the ancient old ones and it was the new young ones
I was alone…I was everyone
There is no beginning and there is no end
I am changed…I am unchanged
I am here…I am nowhere…I am everywhere.
You could have your own miraculous stories to tell from this work. I have mine. I got healed from a stroke. Caroline got her blown vertebrae healed. Dad recovered from being near death. We have a long list. It is a complete blessing to be part of this work.
Bumble Bee AZ: April 15-17, 2011
This workshop will build upon the work we did in 2010, with new ceremonies, new trainings and new experiences. You do not need to have experienced a previous Spiral Ceremony to participate in this incredible experience. The spirits know who you are, they welcome you and they will give you exactly the love and gifts you need! Come!
The Arizona workshop meets at Bumble Bee Ranch, an intimate retreat center/dude ranch set in my favorite part of the Sonoran Desert. We have rented their wonderful guest house, and will have ample room to drum, dance and celebrate. I will have my horses there for you enjoy and to practice your shamanic arts. (They love attention. You can work with them, or just feed them carrots. If you know how to ride they can even take your for a stroll through the beautiful countryside. If you don’t like horses, you can just wave to them from a distance.) If people want to have an organized trail ride, the ranch has a nice string of rental horses.
Why Bumble Bee Ranch?
This place is magical. It is a real dude ranch, but it is very private. We will have the only guest house. There may be people camping, but it won’t be a crowd. It is completely separate from civilization, but only 5 miles off I17, and it is easy to reach from the Phoenix airport – much closer than Sedona. It is in the Sonoran desert, my spiritual home, and it sings with the song of the spirits. I will bring my horses up and they will work in the spiral with us. The people who run the ranch are lovely, and while they don’t have a clue what we are doing, they are totally welcoming and open. What fun! We will have a nice fire and if you want you can swim in the pool. The guest house has a kitchen, so we can have our own food in addition to the ranch meals. Should I go on? I am in love with this place!!
Times: 9:00 AM Friday May 7th to 3:00 PM Sunday May 9th. Come early if you like and enjoy the ranch. You are welcome to arrive Thursday evening.
